Job summary

RIGHT RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Automation/Technical Specialist to maintain and repair factory automation systems in a manufacturing setting. The role aims to minimize downtime and sustain smooth production. You will perform preventive maintenance, validate processes, and assist in process improvements. Training will be provided; 1–3 years of relevant experience is welcomed. The position operates on a 12-hour shift pattern with day shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have NTC/Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Industrial/Plastic tech.
• 1–3 years of factory automation, machine repair and maintenance experience.
• Good team player with positive working attitude.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for equipment maintenance for the plant automation and control systems to minimize production disruption.
• Adhere to SOPs and preventive maintenance as per the maintenance program for automation and peripheral systems.
• Monitor and collect data from equipment for performance improvement.
• Participate in quality meetings on equipment and machine related issues.
• Update maintenance report forms, spare parts usage records and tracking.
• Participate in Continual Process Improvement Team.
• Provide guidance to production technicians as needed.

Our client (MNC)is a global advanced precision engineering & manufacturing company for Medical devices and Automotive industries.

Summary

• Maintenance and repair of all automation or peripheral equipment in the factory to reduce downtime.
• Support equipment and process improvement projects, validation execution, preventive maintenance execution, periodically verification.
• Provide training to production technician on basic operation, troubleshooting.
• Meet quality objective, good GMP set by line manager and management.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• NTC/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Industrial/Plastic technology or equivalent qualification
• 1-3 years relevant working experience in Factory Automation, Machine repairs and maintenance
