Exentec is seeking a field-ready technician to monitor SCADA systems, handle chemicals, and perform preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operations. You will follow SOPs for chemical handling, waste disposal, and safety, contributing to reliability and compliance across the site.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English for team and management communication.
• Ability to work in shift duties to support continuous operations.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration.
• Demonstrates discipline, integrity and teamwork.
• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent in chemical or mechanical processes.
• Preferably 1 year experience in Total Chemical / Gas Management (TCGM).

Responsibilities

• Monitor SCADA systems and respond to alarms with basic troubleshooting to maintain system stability.
• Conduct routine system checks and monitor operational parameters for consistent performance.
• Change out chemical drums, totes, and ISO tankers following SOPs to maintain supply continuity.
• Mix chemicals accurately following SOP to support process requirements.
• Collect chemical samples for quality and safety verification.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.
• Manage chemical waste with proper collection, segregation, and disposal.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all rooms and chemical systems for a safe environment.
• Follow site safety protocols, work procedures, and SOPs to ensure personal and team safety.
• Complete ad-hoc duties from management efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Monitor SCADA systems and respond promptly to alarms with basic troubleshooting to maintain system stability
