Job summary

EXENTEC SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced engineer to lead maintenance for the TCGM site, guiding maintenance, troubleshooting, and team coordination to ensure optimal equipment performance and safety compliance.

You will oversee predictive and corrective maintenance, generate reports, train staff, and drive continuous improvement of CDS, SDS, and process systems, while maintaining rigorous safety standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment failures to restore operational functionality promptly.
• Plan, schedule, and perform predictive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
• Maintain accurate and updated maintenance records for compliance and analysis.
• Provide detailed maintenance reports and conduct meetings to communicate status and issues.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Track and analyze uptime, downtime, MTBF, and MTTR metrics for CDS systems.
• Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (FMEAs) and implement corrective solutions.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ordering to ensure availability and cost control.
• Lead Service Team and Technicians to complete tasks timely and effectively.
• Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions for site operations and service personnel on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Ensure high standards of safety and housekeeping; assist in safety audits.
• Generate reports and presentations on activities, abnormalities, and incidents for stakeholders.
• Lead startup, commissioning, and installation of CDS, SDS, and process systems.
• Participate in continuous improvement plans to enhance system performance.
• Provide 24-hour standby support for emergency activation or shutdown.
• Conduct roaming checks on chemical rooms, CDM, and SDM to ensure order and safety.
• Report abnormal conditions and findings to Customer's Facility Engineer and TCM Manager promptly.
• Respond to complaints and requests from Customer's Facility or POU personnel; collaborate to resolve issues and elevate when necessary.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as requested by client or TCGM managers.
• Guide and train new Service and Shift Technicians on system operations and troubleshooting.
• Provide backup support for site TCGM Supervisor/Lead Engineer duties as required.
