Vantage Automotive Limited, part of the Sime Group, seeks an Executive, Technical, Training & Warranty to support our dealer network in Singapore. You will deliver second-level diagnostics, coordinate training, and manage technical cases with the Principal.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in automotive engineering or mechatronics, at least 3 years of experience, strong communication and presentation skills, and preference for EV systems knowledge. Driving licence preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• At least 3 years in automotive workshops or technical support.
• Experience with vehicle diagnostics and repairs.
• Able to explain technical information clearly to stakeholders.
• EV systems or training experience is advantageous.
• Singapore Class 3 driving licence preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide second-level diagnostic and troubleshooting support using approved tools and guidelines.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver technical, product, warranty, and service training for the dealer network.
• Coordinate participation in local, overseas, and on-site training programs conducted by the Principal.
• Maintain training records, assessment, certification, and competency data.
• Support workshop, parts, and warranty teams in technical projects and service campaigns.
• Assist with new model launches and aftersales initiatives.
