ASEANet Manpower Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a skilled professional to manage end-to-end service and maintenance operations, acting as the main liaison for clients on service matters. You will lead the service team, define scopes, allocate resources, and monitor performance through KPIs to ensure timely delivery of maintenance commitments.

Qualificações

• Minimum Nitec or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Practical experience in operating and maintaining security systems such as ISMS, Access Control, IDS, and CCTV is essential.
• Familiarity with system configuration, application programming, and integration with third-party platforms is a strong advantage.
• Technically proficient with both hardware and software solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end service and maintenance operations to ensure workflow efficiency

• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships
• Maintain in-depth understanding of each client’s business structure, needs, and objectives
• Oversee multiple operational facets within the service department to ensure optimal performance
• Ensure smooth progress and timely delivery and completion of maintenance commitments to clients
