Qualifications

Job Description

We are seeking an experiencedTechnical Support Senior Engineer (DTE)to provide dedicated support for enterprise banking customers in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for Tier 2/3 support, troubleshooting, and maintaining mission-critical Avaya Unified Communications and Contact Center environments.

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum4 years of experiencein Tier 2/3 Unified Communications (UC) and Contact Center engineering.

• Experience supporting Banking or Financial Services environments is preferred.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex telephony and contact center issues.
