Job summary

SDC TECHNOLOGIES ASIA PACIFIC, PTE. LTD. seeks a Technical Support Engineer to provide expert support for customers and participate in TSR work. The role includes on-site and off-site support, report preparation, and collaboration with Sales for new opportunities.

You will test coating properties, operate coating equipment, and ensure safe, efficient laboratory facilities. Travel overseas is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of customer support and troubleshooting experience.
• Willing to travel overseas to countries such as India and China.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and off-site technical support for customers in a timely manner.
• Review TSR reports and share information with customers.
• Complete TSR work within timeline and upload reports.
• Test coating properties on substrates and operate coating machines.
• Analyze returned samples and troubleshoot customer problems.
• Collaborate with Sales to create samples and secure new opportunities.
• Interface with external material and machine suppliers.
