Crestron Electronics is expanding in Singapore and seeks a self-driven Technical Support Specialist to assist partners and clients with on-site solutions. The role reports to the Manager, Technical Services – SEA and may require domestic and Southeast Asia travel.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, or Computer Programming, or BS program enrolled.
• 3–5 years in A/V integration, help desk or technical support.
• CCNA or similar networking certification is advantageous.
• Proven ability to learn new software/hardware quickly and apply to real-world projects.
• Experience with Crestron tools and programming languages is preferred.

• Manage Technical Support cases with phone, remote, and on-site assistance for dealers and clients.
• Maintain expert-level understanding of product features and applications.
• Determine solutions for technical support scenarios, product selection, and system design for applications.
• Support customers with technical information and assistance for products and technologies.
• Maintain high-quality professional communication with dealers and customers while resolving issues.
• Conduct technical training sessions for dealers and selected accounts.
• Engage in marketing events to accurately represent Crestron's message.
