Qualifications

• 1-3 years in audio, video and informational design/integration, rental or staging.
• Ability to present technical information in an engaging and compelling manner.
• Self-starter with ability to quickly learn new software and hardware technologies.
• Passion for helping others learn and serving as a product advocate.
• Understanding of AV control system integration field knowledge or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience with AutoCAD and MS Visio.
• Good understanding of Ethernet networking technologies and AV protocols.
• Exposure to Unified Communications, Video Conferencing and boardroom systems; related certs a plus.
• Familiarity with streaming video protocols (H.264/H.265, RTSP) is a plus.
• Experience with audio DSPs and integrated AV technologies.

Responsibilities

• Call on Key Accounts to support their technical teams and provide product demos.
• Design and implement demonstration systems.
• Elaborate and present AV solutions for sales teams and customers.
• Work with Sales to support initiatives.
• Provide on-site assistance to dealers and customers at pre-sales discussions.
• Deliver foundational design training courses at training centres or remotely.
• Ensure all customers receive world-class support.
