Job summary

Crestron Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to engage key accounts, define project requirements, and support the sales team with AV design and demonstrations. The role requires presenting technical concepts clearly and delivering hands-on training across design and integration tasks.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of AV industry experience, a strong understanding of AV/IT systems, and fluency in English. Travel up to 5% may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years AV design/integration, rental & staging, or related industry.
• Ability to present technical information in an engaging and compelling manner.
• Self-starter with ability to quickly learn new software and hardware, applying it to real projects.
• Passion for helping others learn and advocating products.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Call on Key Accounts to support their technical teams with product demonstrations and training.
• Design and implement demonstration systems.
• Elaborate and present the AV solution and system for the Sales team and customers.
• Collaborate with Sales to support initiatives.
• Provide on-site assistance to Crestron dealers/customers at pre-sales discussions.
• Deliver foundational technical design training at CTI Singapore Training Centre or remote sites.
• Ensure all customers receive world-class support.
