Job summary

Whale Cloud is seeking a technically skilled professional to participate in delivering telecom software projects in Singapore. You will provide Level 2/3 support, configure systems, and help with testing phases to ensure smooth project execution.

The role involves liaising with partners for system integration and troubleshooting, plus handling tasks delegated by the Project Manager. Mandarin skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, E&E or related field.
• Proficiency in databases (MySQL, PL/SQL), Linux, Python or Shell scripting.
• Prior telecom BSS project experience preferred.
• English required; Mandarin speaking/reading preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Requirements:

• Candidates shall hold a minimum Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related disciplines.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following: databases (MySQL, PL/SQL), Linux, Python or Shell scripting.
• Prior experience in telecommunication BSS projects is preferred.
• Language requirement: English. Candidates with Mandarin speaking and reading ability are preferred.
• Resourceful, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a positive customer service mindset.
• Self-motivated, a team player and capable of working independently.
