Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring a Waste Operations Supervisor to oversee waste receiving, unloading, segregation, and distribution to keep operations flowing efficiently at the Tuas site.

The ideal candidate holds a minimum engineering degree, has at least 1 year of relevant experience, and can supervise safety, 5S and TPM practices while helping to optimize processes and reduce costs. Attractive benefits include a sign-on bonus and quarterly incentives.

Responsibilities

• Supervise waste receiving, unloading, segregation, and distribution activities to ensure efficient operations and smooth workflow.
• Inspect incoming waste streams to verify their suitability for the designated treatment processes.
• Conduct routine plant inspections to monitor process efficiency, workplace safety, staff discipline, machinery conditions, and compliance with 5S and TPM practices.
• Review existing workflows, operational procedures, and departmental performance regularly to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective measures.
• Evaluate and optimize waste treatment methods to reduce operational costs and maximize waste recovery, reuse, and resource value.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the Emergency Response Team during emergency activations at the plant or customer sites.
