Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a capable supervisor to oversee daily waste receiving, unloading, segregation and distribution, ensuring safe operations and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Chemistry or Engineering, can train staff on PPE and risk assessments, and streamline workflows to cut treatment costs. Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry or Engineering or related field required.
• Regulatory/compliance knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily waste receiving, unloading, segregation and distribution to ensure safe operations.
• Verify incoming waste, resolve discrepancies and coordinate treatment and storage arrangements.
• Review and improve workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop treatment methods and handling procedures for new or unidentified waste.
• Conduct regular plant inspections and ensure 5S, TPM and safety standards.
• Supervise and train staff on safe waste handling, PPE requirements and risk assessments.
• Provide technical support during emergency response situations.
• Coordinate with EHS and other departments to ensure regulatory compliance and emergency preparedness.

Education
