Qualifications

• Experience providing technical support, application engineering, commissioning, or related engineering services in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of process instrumentation, automation technologies, or industrial systems.
• Ability to diagnose technical issues, evaluate solutions, and communicate recommendations.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to travel regionally as business needs require.
• Experience collaborating with global teams across regions.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical support for customers throughout the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle.
• Configure, commission, and troubleshoot software and system solutions to meet customer requirements and operational objectives.
• Deliver technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions for customers and internal stakeholders, including sales and service teams.
• Collaborate with technical support specialist, business development teams, product management, operations, lifecycle services, quality teams, sales organizations, and external partners to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support project pursuit activities by providing technical expertise that helps customers evaluate and implement Emerson solutions.
• Coordinate with other business units to ensure seamless technical support and successful customer outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with customers by understanding their needs and delivering responsive, high-quality support.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and business performance.
• Achieve customer satisfaction and SLA targets by delivering timely, high-quality support and monitoring performance through established internal metrics and tracking systems.
• Travel as needed to support customers and projects across the Asia Pacific region and other locations as required.
