You will configure software, support commissioning, deliver training, and guide customers while collaborating with global teams to drive performance and safety.

Travel regionally across Asia Pacific as required, delivering high-quality support and building trusted customer relationships in a dynamic industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Experience providing technical support, application engineering, commissioning, or related engineering services in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of process instrumentation, automation technologies, or industrial systems.
• Ability to diagnose technical issues, evaluate solutions, and effectively communicate recommendations.
• Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally as business needs require.
• Experience delivering customer training or technical presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical support during pre- and post-sales lifecycle.
• Configure, commission, and troubleshoot software and system solutions.
• Deliver technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support project pursuits with technical expertise that helps customers evaluate and implement Emerson solutions.
• Travel as needed to support customers across the Asia Pacific region.
