Qualifications

Experience providing technical support, application engineering, commissioning, or related services in an industrial setting.
Knowledge of process instrumentation, automation technologies, or industrial systems.
Ability to diagnose issues, evaluate solutions, and communicate recommendations clearly.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
Willingness to travel regionally as business needs require.

Responsibilities

Provide remote and on-site technical support for customers throughout the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle.
Configure, commission, and troubleshoot software and system solutions to meet customer requirements.
Deliver technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions for customers and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Support project pursuit activities with technical expertise to evaluate Emerson solutions.
Travel as needed to support customers and projects across the Asia Pacific region.
