Job summary

Julian Grey Corporate Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a capable supervisor to lead a Technical Officers team responsible for security equipment installation, testing, commissioning, system programming, servicing and maintenance.

You will oversee service workflows, serve as main client contact for maintenance matters, plan scopes and allocate resources, monitor performance, document infrastructure, and drive improvements in service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in EE/ME/CS or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in technical service, maintenance or operations.
• Strong leadership, organisational, communication and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple technical projects and resolve operational issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Technical Officers handling security equipment installation, testing, commissioning, system programming, servicing and maintenance.

• Manage daily client interactions, understand their operational requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Monitor team performance, set targets, implement guidelines and support employees in resolving operational issues.
• Maintain and improve documentation for infrastructure components, systems and operational processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, internal methodologies, training and customer satisfaction.
