Job summary

Julian Grey Corporate Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable Lead Technician/Service Manager to lead a team handling security equipment installation, testing, commissioning, system programming, servicing and maintenance.

You will oversee service workflows, act as main client contact, prepare service scopes, manage daily client interactions, monitor performance and drive continuous improvement in documentation and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in technical service, maintenance or operations.
• Strong leadership, organisational, communication and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple technical projects and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Experience in the security systems or CCTV industry will be an advantage.
