Delta Electronics Southeast Asia & Oceania seeks an experienced Technical Service Manager to lead service operations for critical infrastructure projects, notably data centers in Singapore. You will ensure high-quality technical support, maintenance services, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in operations & maintenance services.
  • Experience in a managerial or supervisory role within critical environments (e.g. data centers).
  • Strong technical knowledge in electrical systems, UPS, cooling systems, and DCIM.
  • Experience working in SLA-driven service environments.
  • ITIL certification is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • A valid driving license is preferred for travel to customer sites.

  • Provide technical support and resolve customer issues within SLA commitments.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and R&D to address technical challenges and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
  • Generate failure analysis reports and manage incident response.
  • Oversee maintenance services, warranty support, and 24/7 service operations.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships post-sales.
  • Plan and allocate service resources effectively.
  • Act as escalation point for technical issues (including after office hours when required).
  • Manage spare parts inventory and RMA processes.
  • Develop and manage service partners and subcontractors.
  • Deliver technical training and documentation to customers.

About the Role
