Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking a Technical Service Executive to inspect and troubleshoot electric motors, drivers, and related products on-site in Singapore. You will perform basic wiring and functional testing, and assist with repairs or rework as necessary.

The role involves developing clear inspection findings, preparing technical reports, and responding to customer inquiries, with support during the training period.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation or related field is required.
• Basic understanding of electrical wiring and circuits is needed.
• Comfortable with hands-on work and using a multimeter.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills are essential.
• Ability to document findings clearly in technical reports.
• Good communication and willingness to learn during training.

REQUIREMENTS

• NITEC, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of electrical wiring, circuits, and a strong interest in electric motors or industrial automation.

• Comfortable with hands-on work and proficient in using tools such as a multimeter.

• Logical and patient in troubleshooting technical issues.

• Capable of clear communication and professional report writing.

• Responsible, eager to learn, and able to utilize provided instructions effectively before seeking assistance.

• Internship, school project, or work experience involving wiring, motors, automation, or equipment servicing would be of added advantage

• Familiarity with reading wiring diagrams or technical manuals is advantageous.

• Basic exposure to parameter setting, programming, stepper motors, brushless motors, or servo systems is beneficial.
