Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Product Engineer (Electronics) to evaluate components, qualify circuits, and support NPI activities to ensure production readiness.

You will perform circuit testing with oscilloscopes and multimeters, review specs, document schematics and BOMs, and collaborate with R&D, Production, Quality, and suppliers.

A bachelor's degree in electronic/electrical/mechatronics engineering is required, along with hands-on testing, good communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field is required.
• Hands-on circuit testing and documentation experience preferred.
• Familiarity with schematics, PCB symbols, and drawings expected.

Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Product Engineer (Electronics).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate and qualify electronic components and circuits for new and existing products.
• Review component specifications and technical requirements to ensure compliance.
• Conduct circuit testing, validation, and troubleshooting using various electronic test equipment.
• Analyze test results and implement corrective actions to resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, Quality, and suppliers to facilitate product development and manufacturing.
• Investigate product reliability and recommend solutions for field-related issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, drawings, BOMs, and test reports.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) activities, ensuring production readiness and product validation.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with circuit schematics, electronic symbols, and technical drawings.
• Experience using electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for effective documentation and reporting.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic understanding of analog and digital electronics, power electronics, or motor driver circuits.
• Familiar with PCB design and development tools.
• Knowledge of embedded systems, robotics, and automation concepts is advantageous.
