Job summary

REERACOEN SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Service Engineer (CNC Machine Tools) to install, commission and service CNC systems at customer sites in the West.

You will diagnose faults, perform repairs, and conduct maintenance to keep machines reliable. You will prepare reports, maintain documentation, and build strong customer relationships while adhering to safety standards. Candidates should have a Diploma/NITEC in Mechanical, Electronic or Mechatronics and at least 3 years of field service

Install and commission CNC machines and components to ensure operational readiness. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues on CNC machines to restore functionality promptly, and perform on-site repairs to minimize machine downtime. Conduct comprehensive maintenance to uphold reliability and performance. Prepare and analyze detailed service reports, and maintain accurate technical documentation to support knowledge sharing. Foster strong customer relationships by providing prompt support, managing challenging situations effectively, and soliciting feedback for continuous service improvement. Coordinate with spare parts teams to ensure timely logistics, adhere strictly to safety protocols, and contribute to team development through training and collaborative support.

Requirements & Preferences

• Diploma/NITEC in Mechanical, Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of field service experience, including electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance of CNC machine tools, as well as the repair of lathes and/or milling machines.
• Experience working in CNC control systems such as Mitsubishi, Fanuc, DMG Mori, Siemens or Heidenhain control
• Able to read and understand the mechanical drawings, electrical schematics and sequence (PLC) ladder diagrams
• Customer service-focused with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships.

• Possess a valid class driving license is preferred.
