Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking a Technical Engineer to own end-to-end service delivery for key customers and systems. You will ensure SLA adherence, act as the main escalation point for incidents, and provide regular service reviews and recommendations.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive improvements in service performance. The role requires strong cloud, infrastructure, DevOps, and scripting skills, with ITIL familiarity and a focus on production system

Qualifications

Strong experience in cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP).
Experience with Windows/Linux servers and networking.
DevOps tools, CI/CD, automation, scripting.
Experience with enterprise applications or platforms.
Experience with monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting tools.
Scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own and manage end-to-end service delivery for assigned customers or systems.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and service quality standards.
Act as the primary escalation point for technical incidents and issues.
Provide regular service reports, reviews, and recommendations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve service performance.
