Job summary

Nivabiz is seeking an experienced Technical Service Engineer to bridge service delivery with hands-on engineering in Singapore. You will act as the main contact for service delivery to assigned customers while contributing as an engineer to maintain, enhance, and optimise systems.

The role requires strong technical expertise, the ability to manage customer expectations, and a proactive mindset for ongoing improvement and automation.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and on‑prem networks.
• Strong troubleshooting across infrastructure, apps, and platforms.
• Familiarity with ITIL and production environment management.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end service delivery for assigned customers or systems.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and service quality standards.
• Act as the primary escalation point for technical incidents and issues.
• Provide regular service reports, reviews, and recommendations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve service performance.
