Job summary

NivaBiz is seeking an experienced Technical Service Engineer who bridges service delivery with hands-on engineering, acting as the main contact for service delivery to assigned customers and contributing technically to maintain, improve, and optimise systems.

The role requires troubleshooting, designing and maintaining solutions, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure service performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in cloud platforms and IT infrastructure.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident management.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end service delivery for assigned customers.
• Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and service quality.
• Lead troubleshooting across infrastructure and apps.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Create regular service reports and recommendations.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement.
