The role involves handling inquiries, preparing proposals, coordinating orders, and ensuring smooth product deliveries. The candidate should be proficient in MS Office and CAD drawing, with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask and work both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec certificate or diploma qualification.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point).
• Proficient in using CAD Drawing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to details, strong organisational and multitasking skills with ability to priorities and meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries, quotations, technical proposal, tender submissions, product specifications, contract administration.
• Coordinate order fulfilment activities, order processing, document preparation and general communication with clients.
• Respond to client's inquiries and provide excellent client service.
• Assist to research and map alternative technology products against your requirements.
• Understands technical terminology and can communicate with suppliers.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure seamless delivery of product and services.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
