ISVASIA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Engineer/Executive to support weighing systems and industrial engineering.

The role requires strong E&E or Industrial Technology foundations and a proven industrial sales track record, with an established customer network. The position involves on-site engagement, site visits, quotations, demonstrations, and collaboration with operations for installation and service.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronics (E&E), Industrial Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial sales experience.
• Strong technical understanding of weighing equipment, sensors, load cells, and industrial applications.
• Own customer network is a strong advantage.
• Familiar with Bizsafe 3 and ISO 9001 requirements.

Responsabilités

• Manage, maintain, and expand existing customer networks in industrial sectors.
• Leverage own customer contacts to develop new business opportunities.
• Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and propose weighing solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical sales documentation.
• Provide product demonstrations, technical explanations, and after-sales support.
• Coordinate with operations team for installation, calibration, and service jobs.
• Achieve sales targets through proactive engagement and consistent follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer interactions, and job progress updates.
• Support marketing activities, product promotions, and customer outreach.
• Ensure compliance with Bizsafe Level 3 and ISO 9001 standards.
• Uphold safety practices during site visits and equipment handling.

Workplace: Tuas, Jurong

(5.5‑day work week)

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 8.00am – 5.30pm
• Saturday: 8.00am – 12.30pm

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Executive to support our weighing systems and industrial engineering business. The ideal candidate must have a strong technical foundation in Electrical & Electronics (E&E) or Industrial Technology, a proven industrial sales background, and an established customer network.

This role combines technical knowledge, sales capability, and hands‑on site engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and expand **existing customer networks** in industrial sectors.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronics (E&E), Industrial Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial sales experience (weighing systems, engineering products, or similar industries).
• Strong technical understanding of weighing equipment, sensors, load cells, and industrial applications (training provided).
• Proven sales track record with ability to manage industrial clients.
• Own customer network is a strong advantage.
• Familiar with Bizsafe 3 and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Good communication, presentation, and customer‑handling skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.

Additional Requirements

• Valid Class 3 driving license.
• Own vehicle is an advantage for client visits and site travel.
• Comfortable travelling to customer sites and industrial locations.
