Job summary

PNR Engineering Systems Pte. Ltd. seeks a technically skilled Sales Engineer to promote mechanical and instrumentation products, manage technical sales, and build client relationships in EPC, plant, and system integrator sectors.

You will present product capabilities, prepare technical proposals, visit sites, support after‑sales issues, and identify new business opportunities while maintaining strong customer partnerships.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Instrumentation & Control, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in technical sales or engineering.
• Proficient in reading P&IDs, conducting product selection, and preparing technical proposals.
• Possess a Class 3 driving license to travel for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell mechanical and instrumentation products and systems to meet client needs.
• Prepare accurate quotations, technical compliance documents, and cost estimates to support sales proposals.
• Conduct product presentations and perform site visits to demonstrate product capabilities and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide comprehensive after-sales support to resolve client issues and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Develop new business accounts by identifying opportunities and expanding market reach.
• Maintain and service existing customer relationships to ensure repeat business and client retention.
• Liaise with principals and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
• Sales Commission will be based on Monthly Sales
