Job summary

UV-System (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a results-driven sales professional in Singapore to present products and services to developers, architects, and main-contractors.

You will prepare technical proposals, tenders, and quotations, negotiate deals, and build strong rapport with clients while delivering monthly sales reports. The ideal candidate has at least one year of construction industry experience, a degree or diploma in Engineering/Architectural/Construction, the ability to read construction

Qualifications

Min 1 year working experience in construction industry.
Degree / Diploma in Engineering/Architectural/Construction Field.
Able to read Construction/Architectural drawings.
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Previous experience in Construction Industry is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Conduct presentation for products and services of UV-System to clients and customers (developers, architects, main-contractors, etc).
Prepare technical proposals, tenders and quotations.
Negotiate and close deals.
Build and maintain good rapport with existing and new customers.
Preparation of monthly sales report.
