Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer in Singapore to assist with proposals, manage projects, and foster client relationships.

You will coordinate with architects, contractors and manufacturers to ensure timely execution of building projects. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of sales and project management experience in building products, preferably with rolling shutters, industrial doors or architectural works, and holds a relevant diploma.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Architectural or equivalent.
• 2–3 years in sales and project management for building products, including supply and installation.
• Experience in rolling shutters, industrial doors, metal doors or architectural works preferred.
• Valid Singapore driving license and own car, or willing to use company-provided mobility.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing proposals and quotations for incoming enquiries.
• Follow up on submitted proposals and work with the Manager to build customer relationships.
• Prepare information and assist with tender submissions.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate with architects, main contractors and factory for project execution.
• Develop a network of industry contacts and reach out with direct marketing tools.
• Understand the market and identify new avenues to generate business to hit targets.
• Seek growth through long-term service contracts to augment ad-hoc business.
• Liaise with product manufacturers to study problems and relay information to the Manager.
• Represent client at trade exhibitions and events as required.
