Job summary

Qualifications
- Diploma, Degree or Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
- Preferably 5+ years in ACMV/HVAC service, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting and understanding of mechanical, electrical and control systems.
- Able to work independently, take ownership and manage multiple service issues with minimal supervision.
- Able to work under stress and adapt to site requirements.
Responsibilities
- Prepare service maintenance schedule and ensure site operation
- Coordinate service schedule with team of technicians
- Perform design and installation for ACMV (residential and commercial)
- Liaise with clients on site requirements and provide solutions
- Provide technical support when required for troubleshooting and design
