Job summary

Astreya Asia Pacific Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an entry-level Project & Program Management I to plan and coordinate internal information and system projects from initiation to delivery. You'll oversee IT staff and partners, define requirements, assess feasibility, and develop detailed plans to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

You will manage milestones, maintain documentation, and drive lifecycle activities from concept to closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from college or university and 0–2 years’ related experience.
• Ability to build stable internal relationships and follow standard practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and schedules.
• Self-starter with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Experience with spreadsheets, presentations, and process documentation.
• Strong analytical skills, data collection and reporting.
• Collaborates with stakeholders and communicates updates to executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional and technical projects across initiation, plan, design, procurement, deployment and post deployment.
• Track program milestones, timelines, and deliverables; maintain documentation.
• Define project scope/objectives with stakeholders, ensure technical feasibility.
• Drive lifecycle milestones from concept to closure and advocate change management.
• Use KPIs to measure performance; provide regular status updates.
• Support process improvements and risk mitigation across teams.
• Coordinate meetings with core teams and vendors; support post-project evaluation.
• Other duties as required.
