Job summary

eAspire Technolabs Inc. is seeking an experienced Software Applications Project Manager to join a leading organization in Singapore for a 12-month term.

You will drive delivery of software applications across multiple streams, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and ensure governance and timely go-live. The role requires 5+ years in software project management, strong stakeholder communication, and experience with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management of software applications development.
• Experience with software development, pre-sales and solutioning, testing, and client-side stakeholder engagement.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within timelines.
• Public sector experience in Singapore GCC is preferred.
• Experience as Software BA, Software Developer, or Software Product Owner.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Software Applications Project Manager to join a leading organization in Singapore.

Duration: 12 months (Renewable year on year)

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and track project activities to ensure timely delivery of software applications / products.

Manage multiple workstreams, timelines, risks, issues, and action items.

Coordinate with internal teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and external partners.

Identify project risks and issues and escalate, resolve them appropriately.

Drive and lead project activities across requirements, implementation, testing, deployment, and go-live.

Maintain proper project documentation and governance throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

With total of 5+ years of experience, must have proven experience & expertise in Project Management of software applications development.

Extensive experience working with software development, pre sales and solutioning team, testing team and client side stakeholder engagement to deliver successful implementations.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within timelines.

Experience in public sector is preferred with strong understanding of GCC in Singapore.

Should have prior experience as Software Business Analyst or Software Developer or Software Product Owner.
