Job summary

ANTARES MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Solutions & Project Executive in Singapore to support technology projects from implementation to ongoing operations. You will work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to coordinate delivery and drive customer success.

You will gain hands-on exposure across project delivery, pre-sales and solutioning, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to propose ideas to enhance processes and client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• One to three years of customer-facing experience in project management, tech implementation and operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Able to train users who may not be tech-savvy.
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, JIRA, Notion, Metabase is advantageous.
• Willing to provide occasional support outside regular hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage system implementation projects from planning and testing through deployment and ongoing operations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams, transport operators, vendors and partners.
• Set up transport services via the operations platform.
• Conduct system testing, operational checks and user training.
• Monitor project progress and KPIs for transport operations.
• Prepare reports and status updates for stakeholders.
