Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful execution of IT projects and programs. The ideal candidate will manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure successful project delivery, meeting timelines, budgets, and business requirements while adhering to governance frameworks, including security and resiliency.
• Develop, manage, and monitor project plans, milestones, and risk management processes to ensure timely delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, and outcomes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Build and maintain comprehensive work plans and ensure team alignment on tasks and activities.
• Conduct regular meetings, track project progress, and provide timely status reports to stakeholders.
• Perform effective stakeholder management, ensuring regular communication on project progress.
• Oversee issue and risk management processes and procedures.
• Manage project schedules and lead activities towards successful project closure.
• Lead application maintenance and support services, including contract management, service level management, service/change request management, problem and incident management, and risk management.

What We Are Looking For:

• Min. 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience in managing full project development life cycles.
• Proven track record in delivering complex IT projects in the government or financial sectors.
• Knowledge of Singapore Government procurement and governance processes is preferred.
• Experience in design thinking and workshop facilitation is a plus.
