Job summary

SEARCHASIA CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to own the full lifecycle of application projects, from requirements to implementation, in collaboration with business users.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee timelines, budgets, and risk, and ensure governance, cybersecurity, and data protection throughout delivery. Strong experience in C#, ASP.NET, APIs, and SQL is required; PMP/PRINCE2 or ITIL is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; 5+ years' experience in IT project management and hands-on delivery.
• Technical grounding in C#, ASP.NET/.NET Core, APIs, and SQL databases.
• Experience across full SDLC; comfortable in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills; practical problem-solving delivery approach.
• Exposure to learning systems or higher education is a plus; certifications like PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum/ITIL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of application projects from requirements through development, testing, and implementation.
• Manage full project lifecycle: scope, timelines, risk, resources, and vendors with technical oversight of .NET applications.
• Lead UAT and go-live coordination; provide post-launch support and continuous improvement.
• Ensure delivery aligns with cybersecurity, data protection, and IT governance requirements.
