Job summary

JonDavidson Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead infrastructure project delivery across IT/OT, PCS and MOM/MES environments. You will plan, coordinate, and govern complex initiatives, aligning with plant operations and vendor teams.

The role requires strong planning, risk management, cutover planning, and transition readiness, with ITIL awareness and PMP/PRINCE2/Agile credentials as an advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience leading infrastructure projects with formal project management discipline.
• Knowledge of PlantIT/OT, PCS and MOM/MES environments is required.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resources.
• Coordinate infrastructure, cybersecurity, engineering, and plant operations teams.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Drive project governance and stakeholder meetings with status reporting.
• Oversee infrastructure delivery and vendor coordination.
• Manage cutover planning and transition readiness.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience ininfrastructure project delivery, along with working knowledge of Plant IT/OT,Process Control Systems (PCS), and Manufacturing Operations Management(MOM/MES).

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage projectschedules, milestones, deliverables, and resources.
• Coordinate infrastructure,application, cybersecurity, engineering, and plant operations teams.
• Manage project risks, issues,dependencies, and escalations.
• Drive project governance,stakeholder meetings, and status reporting.
• Oversee technicalinfrastructure delivery and vendor coordination.
• Manage cutover planning,transition readiness, and operational handover.
• Ensure projects are deliveredwithin agreed timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in TechnicalProject Management and IT Infrastructure Delivery.
• Working knowledge of PlantIT/OT, PCS, and MOM/MES environments.
• Experience managingcross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Strong project planning, riskmanagement, and delivery governance skills.
• Experience with cutover,transition, and infrastructure handover.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices.
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agilecertification is an added advantage.
