Cognizant in Singapore seeks a Technical Project Manager with experience in Plant/OT - PCS and MOM environments to lead infrastructure and operational technology initiatives across manufacturing sites.

You will develop integrated project plans, coordinate across IT/OT domains, manage risks with RAID, lead governance reviews, require Mandarin proficiency, monitor progress, and drive timely actions. You will also prepare status reports and ensure smooth cutovers and change management.

Qualificações

• Experience leading OT/PCS/MOM projects across manufacturing sites.
• Strong reporting and communication skills for executives.
• Familiarity with RAID risk-management approach.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and track integrated project plans, milestones, schedules, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate daily activities across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, plant operations and vendors.
• Manage risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, decisions, and actions via RAID.
• Facilitate meetings, governance reviews, and stakeholder updates; Mandarin proficiency required.
• Monitor delivery progress and drive corrective actions and escalations.
• Manage dependencies across Plant IT/OT, PCS, MOM/MES, network, server, cloud, security and apps.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, executive summaries, and recovery plans.
• Coordinate cutover, transition readiness and operational handover.
• Ensure alignment with governance, cybersecurity, safety, and change management processes.
• Track vendor commitments, deliverables, performance, and blockers.

A Technical Project Manager with experience in Plant/OT - Process Control Systems (PCS) and Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) environments will manage projects for infrastructure and operational technology initiatives across manufacturing sites

• Develop, maintain, and track integrated project plans, milestones, schedules, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate daily activities across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, plant operations, engineering, and third-party vendors.
• Manage risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, decisions, and actions through a structured RAID process.
• Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, governance reviews, and stakeholder updates. This position requires proficiency in Mandarin, Chinese (spoken and written) to support day-to-day business communications with Mandarin / Chinese speaking stakeholders
• Monitor delivery progress, identify schedule or scope deviations, and drive timely corrective actions and escalations.
• Manage technical dependencies across Plant IT/OT, PCS, MOM/MES, network, server, cloud, security, and application workstreams.
• Prepare clear project status reports, dashboards, executive summaries, decision papers, and recovery plans.
• Coordinate cutover, transition readiness and operational handover
• Maintain alignment with project governance, cybersecurity requirements, plant safety constraints, and change management processes.
• Track vendor commitments, deliverables, performance, and resolution of delivery blockers.
