Job summary

lion & elephants consultancy pte. ltd. is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead Plant IT/OT infrastructure initiatives and coordinate cross-functional teams ensuring timely delivery of critical plant systems.

Key requirements include bilingual fluency, strong project management skills, and familiarity with Windows Server, VMware and ITIL practices. Certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2 or Agile are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Mandarin Chinese fluency and professional English proficiency required.
• Proven experience in technical project management and infrastructure delivery.
• Working knowledge of Plant IT/OT environments, PCS, and MOM/MES infrastructure.
• Strong planning, scheduling, milestone tracking and delivery governance skills.
• Experience coordinating technical teams, plant stakeholders, business functions and vendors.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, VMware, Nutanix, LAN/WAN, routing and switching.
• Experience in cutover planning, transition readiness and handover.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, MS Project, Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Working knowledge of ITIL practices.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certifications preferred.
