Qualifications

• Diploma holder in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• 1+ year of experience in technical program management with agile methodologies in technology projects.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support project management workflows with validation and awareness of data sensitivity.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted project summaries, risks, and recommendations.
• Detail-oriented with reporting and analytics accuracy and timely delivery.
• Self-motivated and able to go beyond immediate responsibilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of firmwide and location-specific technology programs, including planning, risk management, issue tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
• Coordinate leadership forums and program governance activities, including agenda preparation, materials development, action tracking, and follow-up execution.
• Manage the Tech Center operating cadence, calendar, events, and milestones to optimize engagement and program effectiveness.
• Partner with leadership teams to develop executive presentations, strategic communications, and updates that demonstrate program progress and impact.
• Monitor key performance metrics, analyze trends, and identify data-driven opportunities to advance Tech Center objectives and strategy.
• Support operational excellence through budget management, issue resolution, process standardization, and continuous improvement across programs and initiatives.
• Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate project planning support, validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for project reporting and continuous improvement, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards.
