Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management within large organizations.
• Proven track record leading technology infrastructure projects and teams.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities with ability to validate plans and manage data sensitivities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project and program managers across Asia Pacific to deliver a complex portfolio of projects and programs.
• Develop and coach team members to achieve objectives through growth and performance excellence.
• Create comprehensive project plans with technical requirements, resources, and timelines for on-time delivery.
• Utilize enterprise AI tools to accelerate planning, consolidate inputs, and produce executive-ready updates with proper data handling.
• Identify and mitigate risks, address roadblocks, and implement contingency plans to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Apply analytical reasoning to assess program performance and implement data-driven improvements.
• Champion agile delivery and continuous improvement, fostering learning and innovation within the team.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted governance and reporting with human review to ensure delivery standards.
