Job summary

NBCUniversal Singapore, part of Universal Creative, seeks a fixed-term Project Documentation Coordinator to support complex themed entertainment projects. You will coordinate technical documentation, deliverables, and controls, serving as a key link among project management, engineering, construction, vendors, and consultants.

You will maintain accurate documentation, track action items, and support reporting, compliance, and communication across stakeholders, ensuring timely and precise project

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
• Experience coordinating project documentation and controls in construction/engineering settings.
• Experience supporting project documentation, reporting, and tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical project documentation, engineering deliverables, and project controls processes.
• Act as a liaison between project management, engineering, construction, vendors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure information is accurate and communicated.
• Maintain project tracking systems, databases, logs, and reporting tools for timely information.
• Support scope revisions, schedule changes, and communications across Universal Creative and partners.
• Assist with commitment tracking, documentation reviews, change management, and project administration with Finance, Procurement, and Legal teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve documentation workflows and reporting efficiency.
