Job summary

Aedas in Singapore seeks a technically skilled professional to lead coordination and documentation for assigned projects, resolving issues and guiding team through detailed deliverables and regulatory processes.

You will prepare and review drawings, identify issues across disciplines, coordinate workflows, support digital delivery tools, and ensure QA/QC, mentoring juniors, and adherence to project standards and submission requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge in construction detailing, documentation and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review construction drawings and technical documentation.
• Proactively identify technical issues and propose solutions across disciplines.
• Coordinate documentation workflows and guide team members in technical delivery.
• Support the integration of digital delivery tools and workflows.
• Prepare regulatory submissions and lead coordination of responses with authorities.
• Provide QA/QC oversight and guide junior staff on technical detailing and project standards.
• Collaborate with consultants and contractors to address technical issues.
• Strong technical knowledge in construction detailing, documentation and coordination.
• Detect design discrepancies and resolve them independently.
• Lead quality control processes and mentor team members in documentation delivery.
• Lead technical coordination and resolve project issues.
• Apply digital delivery tools as part of project delivery.
• Understand submission processes and regulatory requirements.
