Your role involves maintaining training databases and SOPs, aligning documents with OEM manuals, coordinating with external vendors, and supporting SOPs, WI, and skills assessments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a technical field.
• Proficient with Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Willing to be deployed to the maintenance field to stay current with ride maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Design training curriculum, schedule classes, and facilitate sessions.
• Maintain training databases, documents, and SOPs for attractions.
• Ensure training documents align with OEM operation and maintenance manuals.
• Plan and liaise with external vendors for training courses.
• Support SOP/WI and skills assessment forms for the department.
• Maintain organizational documents and document management system.
• Develop and enforce documentation design, review, and storage guidelines.
