Job summary

Dara People Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Electrical Engineering Programme Manager to lead electrical design and programme delivery across next-generation data-centre infrastructure.

You will coordinate internal engineers, consultants, construction teams and vendors through concept, detailed design, construction integration and commissioning readiness, with a strong emphasis on Revit/BIM and repeatable engineering solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical engineering experience within data centres, mission-critical facilities or similarly complex infrastructure.
• Experience taking electrical systems from concept/design through construction coordination.
• Ability to review technical information and coordinate multiple engineering stakeholders.
• Experience with Revit/BIM, hyperscale data centres, product development, technology insertion or repeatable engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design and programme delivery across next-generation data-centre infrastructure.

Electrical Engineering Programme Manager - Data Centres

Singapore | Fully on-site

Permanent | Competitive salary, dependent on experience

Lead electrical design and programme delivery across next-generation data-centre infrastructure.

This is a hybrid electrical engineering + technical programme-management role, taking repeatable electrical infrastructure products from concept through detailed design, construction integration and commissioning readiness.

The role

You’ll coordinate internal engineers, consultants, construction teams and vendors across:

• Electrical concept, schematic and detailed design
• Design packages, drawings and multidisciplinary interfaces
• Technical design reviews and BIM coordination
• Programme actions, risks and delivery milestones
• Consultant and vendor management
• Construction and commissioning readiness
• Technical documentation, reports and design standards
• Product development and design standardisation

What we’re looking for

Strong electrical engineering experience within data centres, mission‑critical facilities or similarly complex infrastructure.

You should have experience taking electrical systems from concept/design through construction coordination, alongside strong programme or project‑management capability.

You’ll need to be confident reviewing technical information, challenging consultants and coordinating multiple engineering stakeholders.

Experience with Revit/BIM, hyperscale data centres, product development, technology insertion or repeatable engineering solutions would be highly relevant.
