Job summary

Cultivar Asia Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Technical Programme Manager to lead the development and delivery of next-generation electrical systems for large-scale data centre projects. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • Proven experience managing complex electrical engineering programmes, infrastructure projects, or large-scale construction projects.
  • Prior experience in data centre design, construction, or operations is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical system design, commissioning, testing, and operational best practices.
  • Experience with engineering design review processes using Revit or similar tools.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple vendors, consultants, and cross-functional project teams.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience developing engineering standards or design guidelines is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, development, and implementation of next-generation electrical systems and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate innovative technologies into product and system development.
  • Develop system concepts, electrical schematics, and detailed engineering documentation.
  • Manage programme execution across design, construction, facilities, and EHS teams.
  • Coordinate commissioning activities to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Oversee external consultants, contractors, and vendors through design, construction, and implementation phases.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including statements of work, engineering reports, design specifications, budgets, schedules, cost analyses, and commissioning plans.
  • Coordinate and consolidate multidisciplinary design documentation for large-scale data centre developments.
  • Review engineering drawings and Autodesk Revit models to ensure design accuracy, quality, and milestone compliance.
  • Develop and maintain proprietary electrical design standards and technical solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve engineering workflows through automation and process enhancements.
  • Proactively identify technical and programme risks, recommend solutions, and drive issues to resolution.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support project and business objectives.
