Moonshot Innovations, part of the Markono Group, is seeking a Technical Product Owner to own our ERP (Odoo) and the end-to-end integrations connecting warehouse, e-commerce and client systems. The first major deliverable is upgrading ERP (Odoo) to the latest supported version.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years as a technical product owner, business analyst, or functional consultant on ERP.
• Hands-on ERP experience (Odoo, SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
• Strong knowledge of finance and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive ERP upgrade plans with partners, tracking scope, milestones and deliverables.
• Own the ERP backlog for Finance and Procurement with stakeholders.
• Triage production issues and coordinate data migration, testing and UAT.
• Own integrations between ERP and other systems (API, file, EDI).
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery and drive process improvements.

Position Overview

Moonshot Innovations, Markono Group’s Technology team, develops software that strengthens the Group’s integrated print, warehousing, fulfilment and distribution capabilities.

We are looking for a Technical Product Owner to own our ERP (Odoo) and the end-to-end integrations that connect it to the warehouse, e-commerce and client's systems. The first major deliverable is upgrading ERP (Odoo) to the latest supported version.

This role bridges Finance and other operating departments to the Technology team to enable effective delivery, backlog management and smooth daily operations across our platforms driving quality, compliance and continuous improvement for both legacy and migrated systems.

This is a hands-on ownership role & reports to IT department: the job holder sets priorities for the ERP (Odoo) and integration backlog, makes product decisions, and is accountable for what reaches production. It is an individual contributor role.

Job Responsibilities:

ERP Upgrade

• Drive the upgrade plan with the implementation partner, tracking scope, milestones and deliverables
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, assess feasibility and engage the vendor on the required work
• Coordinate data migration, testing and user acceptance with Finance and other departments
• Prepare go-live and post-go-live support plans

ERP ownership

• Partner with Finance and Procurement to ensure solutions meet functional needs and support accurate reporting
• Own the ERP (Odoo) backlog for Finance and Procurement, prioritised with business stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional specifications
• Recommend configuration, customisation or process change for each requirement
• Triage production issues with the IT team and follow them through to resolution

Integrations

• Own the integrations between the ERP (Odoo) and other business systems (API, file and EDI)
• Maintain interface specifications and data mappings, and assess the impact of changes
• Define monitoring and reconciliation for ERP-related data flows
• Keep process flows and system documentation up to date

Delivery and continuous improvement

• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Finance, operating departments and vendor team
• Contribute to the continuous improvements of business processes to improve efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field
• At least 5 years as a technical product owner, business analyst, or functional consultant on ERP or enterprise business systems
• Hands-on experience with at least one ERP (Odoo, SAP Business One, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics or similar)
• Good understanding of finance and procurement processes: purchasing, invoicing and reconciliation
• Ability to read and write interface specifications and data mappings for API or file-based integrations investigation
• Strong Integration specification proficiency: ability to develop interface specifications and data mappings for API- and file-based integrations
• Advanced SQL proficiency: ability to develop complex queries, work with joins and analyse data for reconciliation, reporting and root-cause investigation
• Practical Python proficiency: ability to read, troubleshoot and develop scripts for automation, data processing and system integration
• Experience in ERP particularly with Odoo, especially a version upgrade or migration
• Experience coordinating implementation vendors or system integrators
• Exposure to WMS platforms and software development using AI tools
• Preferably with Logistics, warehousing, printing or publishing background
