Job summary

Portcities in Singapore is seeking an Odoo ERP Consultant to analyze business requirements, design ERP solutions, and guide clients through the full implementation cycle, collaborating with our international experts to deliver data-driven transformations.

You will produce Functional Specifications, oversee UAT, Go-live support, create user manuals, provide end-user training, and assist with pre-sales demos. A hybrid work model and English fluency are required, with Mandarin preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems / Computer Science / Business / Accounting / Management.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in ERP implementation.
• Strong knowledge of the Odoo ERP system, including configuration and customization.
• Odoo certification(s) or equivalent industry certifications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills in English.
• Native/Fluent English required; Mandarin proficiency preferred.
• Candidates must have valid work authorization in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Able to manage and control budget, timeline, and scope of small to medium-sized projects.

• Accompany customers in the full delivery cycle from software configuration to Go-live.
• Internal testing on configuration/development should be conducted before releasing them from UAT.
• Create a user manual and provide training and support to end-users as per the agreement defined.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Odoo-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration.
• Stay updated on Odoo developments and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Odoo Consultant or similar role.
• Odoo certification(s) or equivalent industry certifications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills in English.
• Language Skills: Native/Fluent in English is required, while proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
• Work Authorization Requirement: Candidates must have valid work authorization in Singapore to be considered for this position.
