Technical Product Manager - Stream-Aligned Team - 3 months contract - Abu Dhabi

As a tech lead and product manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in delivering data/ML platforms and pipelines within a Databricks-Azure environment. You will lead a small delivery team and collaborate with enabling teams for product, architecture, and data science initiatives. Your ability to translate business requirements into product strategy and technical delivery with a platform-first mindset will be essential for success in this role.Your technical expertise in Python, SQL, Databricks, Delta Lake, MLflow, Terraform, medallion architecture, data mesh/fabric, and Azure will be invaluable. Additionally, your experience in Agile delivery, discovery cycles, outcome-focused planning, and trunk-based development will contribute to the success of our projects. You will be expected to coach engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the development of self-service platforms. Clear communication skills will be necessary for articulating decisions, roadmap, and priorities effectively.In return for your contributions, you will have the opportunity to participate in Proximity Talks, where you can engage with other designers, engineers, and product experts to enhance your knowledge and skills.
