Qualifications

• Proven experience as Installation and Services Technician.
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
• Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime.
• Languages: Chinese and English.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Holding Driving License Class 3 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve existing accounts by analyzing work orders, planning daily travel, investigating complaints, conducting tests, resolving problems.
• Establish service by studying system requirements; ordering and gathering components and parts; completing installation; performing acceptance tests.
• Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.
• Keeps personal equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
• Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.

• 10. Required language(s): Chinese, English (in order to liaise with the English & Chinese speaking associates)
• 11. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
